Non-emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS)

The Non-emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) is provided by South Central Ambulance Service, across the Thames Valley, which includes Buckinghamshire. If you believe you are eligible for the NEPTS you can check and book your transport by calling the Patient Eligibility Line on 0300 100 0015, which is available between 0700-1900.

You can also manage a previously created booking online.
