After a serious breakdown and an extended period in hospital, our son returned to Whiteleaf Care some six months ago. In the time he was in hospital a new care manager joined the team along with new team members. They have gone out of their way to ensure our sons transition back to “the real world” has gone as smoothly as it possibly could have done. The team have and do make extraordinary efforts to help our son manage his behaviours, with considerable skill, patience and expertise. Also, unusually, the team have terrific support from their own management which enables a consistent and cohesive approach. A very professional and caring outfit.

Our son moved to White Leaf Support from his previous residential placement in a distressed and traumatised state. We were very impressed by the expertise of the managing staff who oversaw a very successful transition for him. We are impressed also with all the staff who now work with our son and amazed at the progress we have seen in him in such a short period of time. Healthier, happier and much more communicative, our son is now able to enjoy the company of other service users and staff and access the wider community. We feel staff really listen and adapt to our son’s needs.
