I was told I could book my last appointment for March as I would be on holiday in February 20, when the appointment was due. When I returned from holiday I was unwell and did not ring for appointment, straight away and waited until I well enough to call. However, I had been trying to call for a few days from end of Feb/beginning of March to book my last appointment, but when I finally got through I was told I was discharged back in February, I was not contacted before I was discharged to see if I wanted my last appointment. My complaint is that before they ‘discharge’ you they should try and call you to book your last session! Very bad practice as far I am concerned!!

I used the service 3 times for muscle issues in my glutes and muscles in my neck.
They have more time than the doctors. They are hands on and understand. Clare an advanced physio is particularly good.
The Physio was great, sympathetic, explained exercises very well. Very easy to make appointments.
I received the most fantastic service… punctual, friendly and really supportive. The best of the NHS.
Initial appointment made promptly but follow up poor..At first appointment I was given a sheet of exercises but physio did not have time to demonstrate or go through them . At second appointment he did not remember me , asked if exercises had worked and then disappeared to get permission for me to have an ultra sound scan. This took 15 mins and was the end of that appointment. After scan I was discharged by physio by phone. I was not sent copy of discharge letter but when I eventually got it from GP it said that I had refused a referral to the pain clinic which is untrue as this had never been offered. I felt felt part if a tick box exercise rather than any attempt to resolve my problems which are ongoing
I have this morning had to cancel my appointment. However, I fail to understand why I am required to give a reason for cancelling. It is enough that I have the courtesy and good sense to cancel the appointment. The reason for cancelling is a private matter and it is not necessary for me to have to divulge my personal business.
I was seen promptly by the very kind Becky. She listened carefully to what I had to say and gave me good clear guidance on what I should do next. All in all a very positive experience.
Excellent service once they had received a referral for an MRI scan. However, the pathway to the referral is long and arduous. Can someone please explain why my GP cannot refer me for an MRI or to an orthopaedic consultant. I have fought the system all the way so far and although the MRI results were inconclusive I still had to insist on a referral to the orthopaedic consultant. Nearly 3 months down the line I still don’t know what’s wrong with my knee.
Have to wait in all day for them to ring you for appt.!
Wrong information given (told I did not need to be driven home but I did) This information not given verbally neither is it stated on the paperwork. No information given as to who the various professionals are or their roles. With injections have to go back to GP, who now has a 21 day wait for appointment, although the GP states 12 days!
I find the MuSIC service efficient, professional, and kind. My only complaint is that I have a condition which has needed regular injections into the knee, and presumably will again, yet I have to go back to the GP to be referred to the service every time. This seems a real waste of my GP’s time.
Almost impossible to get an answer from any phone number and did NOT provide my GP with the Report they requested (and I haven’t seen it either!).
Joe the physio I was refereed to from The Practice, Prospect House, Great Missenden, knew his stuff and recommended some stretching exercises that really worked. Top notch treatment from a young man new in post! Inspiring to see this service.
