I waited all day for callback and it didn’t come. I can’t get a telephone appointment with my doctor for a month. No chance of actually seeing a doctor.

Impossible to get an appointment. Occasionally next month. I still have an undiagnosed agony from 3, or 4 years ago. All that aside, my gripe today is because I have just been sent a questionnaire on ‘are you a smoker’. Yes I am, 2 a day. Happy to complete a questionnaire. I logged in. The question was ‘are you a smoker’ and that was all. What a waste of time, but more importantly how much has this waste of NHS money cost!? Ridiculous!

Trying to get through to reception is impossible. Twice I have tried to get through to be told I was no 1 in the queue. After holding on for over 20 mins my phone cut out. How can 1 call take that long??? There is never a front of desk receptionist, they are all out the back. Says it all really
!!!!! They are having yet another “staff training day”. I’d like to know what they’re doing in this “training day” because nothing changes

I had a phone call appointment from a doctor at this practice who professes to have an interest in women’s health. She was rude, talked over me, offered me something to read (!) and got very aggressive when I persisted to ask for help. Shockingly bad. And you wonder why women go private for menopause help?

Just can’t get an appointment any more. In my view if they don’t like being GP’s and seeing patients, they shouldn’t be operating a practice. My options are limited paying for private GP advice now. But this does mean that I have to pay for any investigations and scans necessary.

I still don’t have any feedback from an NHS CT scan that I managed to get done in February. I’ve tried Patient Access but the results aren’t there. NHS 111 requested that Aston Clinton Surgery give me a telephone appointment but they didn’t answer a written request for an appointment and they never called me back. I give up!

The appointments are difficult to obtain.
