SEAP (“say-app”) is a charity that gives independent and free advice about making a complaint.

They support people who feel  they have been let down by your local health or social care services. They provide advocacy services to help resolve issues or concerns people may have about their health and well-being or their health and social care services.

Initial enquiries are made at the national level and then routed to the local body.
