The Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) is about to redesign its non-emergency patient transport services.

To help with this process, the ICB would like to hear from people who use this service, as well as their carers.

This is so that people’s experiences, and those of their loved ones, can be considered as any changes are planned.

What are non-emergency patient transport services?

Non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS) provide help for people who need to travel to or from hospital or a medical appointment, but are unable to do so without specialist support.

People with severe mobility difficulties or who require extra support during a journey are likely to rely on NEPTS.

If you or somebody you care for is a user of NEPTS, you can feed back on your experiences by completing BOB ICB’s survey.
