b2 Chalfont Clinic, a provider of health services including osteopathy and chiropractic care, has been rated ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission.

The service was inspected in June 2023, and assessed for its regulated activities.

These are:

  • Treatment of disease, disorder or injury
  • Surgical procedures.

CQC findings

Patient feedback about the service was positive. Inspectors found that there were systems in place to assess, monitor and manage risks to patients’ safety.

Inspectors said the clinic was responsive to the needs of their patients. Governance and quality assurance processes were effective and helped to drive improvements in the service.

The CQC rates services against five key questions. These are:

  • Is the service safe?
  • Is it effective?
  • Is it caring?
  • Is it responsive?
  • Is it well led?

b2 Chalfont Clinic was rated ‘good’ against all five, and therefore achieved a rating of ‘good’ overall.
