Doctor Now, Beaconsfield, has been rated ‘good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) following a recent inspection.

Doctor Now provides services to fee-paying patients at its Beaconsfield clinic or at patients’ homes. Appointments are also offered via video consultations.

CQC findings

Inspectors rated the service against five key questions.

These were:

  • Is the service safe?
  • Is it effective?
  • Is the service caring?
  • Is it responsive to people’s needs?
  • Is the service well led?

Doctor Now was rated ‘good’ against each of them, and therefore received a rating of ‘good’ overall.
