On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council and Buckinghamshire CCG, Healthy Dialogues is conducting a survey to obtain your views on using your local pharmacy.
The survey is part of the Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments (PNA). The PNA is used by the Council and CCG to check that pharmacy services meet the needs of residents. They would like to hear from patients and the public who use pharmacies in Buckinghamshire. This will enable them to understand the needs of the population and so plan future pharmacy services in each area.
The survey includes questions about the services provided by pharmacies, as well as their location and opening times. The survey also includes equality monitoring questions, so they can make sure services are provided fairly and to those who need them.
This survey is open until the 21st March 2022. The survey will take no longer than 10 minutes.
