We wanted to hear about people’s experience of having the COVID-19 vaccine and to learn why some might choose not to have it.
In September we published our second report based on your feedback in April, May and June. This followed our first report based on your feedback in February and March.
Our second report made recommendations about how to improve the service in the future based on your feedback. We have now had another great response to those recommendations from the Bucks Vaccination Cell and Bucks Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The Bucks Vaccination Cell is the steering group overseeing the delivery of the vaccination programme in Bucks. It is chaired by the CCG and Bucks Council and its members include the leads from the various vaccination workstreams across Bucks.
You can read the detailed response below. We were also really pleased to see that the CCG has put the key actions it took, based on issues raised in your feedback, on the You said, we did part of its website.
Kate Holmes, Chair of Buckinghamshire Covid Vaccination Cell said in the response:
I would just like to end by thanking your team for both these and the other reports you continue to provide us with. These are extremely well informed and detailed documents and help all our sites to ensure that future vaccination activity is delivered as well as possible.
