We have made some changes to our privacy notices.
The majority of these changes are updates to contact or partner details, with no changes to how we process your data. However, we have made a number of changes regarding our client data.
Earlier in the year I wrote about how we need to collect more data about the individuals who contact us (our clients). We will start the new data collection very soon. It is worth noting again that sharing this additional information is completely optional but it would really help us.
We have developed a simple but robust system to collect the data. It will work in a way that protects the rights and interests of our clients. For example, the data within the system will be completely anonymous. Our staff will not be able to access this data when you contact us for information or to leave feedback.
This new data will only be used for statistical and research purposes. We have added a new legal basis for processing this data to our privacy notice. You can read the revised client privacy notice below.
You can find all of our privacy notices on the privacy page.
If you have any questions about the changes, please contact me via email.
