We wanted to hear about people’s experience having the COVID-19 vaccine and to learn why some might choose not to have it.
In June we published our first report based on your feedback in February and March. We also published a snapshot report.
In our report, we made recommendations about how to improve the service in the future based on your feedback. We have had a great response from the Bucks Vaccination Cell. You can read the response below. The Bucks Vaccination Cell is the steering group overseeing the delivery of the vaccination programme in Bucks. It is chaired by the CCG and Bucks Council and its members include the leads from the various vaccination workstreams across Bucks.
The Chair of the Bucks Vaccination Cell in the response said:
We intend to share the results with the whole of the vaccination team as well as with the local site leads so they are further informed about any areas of improvement that should work on.
I would just like to end by thanking your team for both these and the other reports you have provided us with along with the advice you gave at the beginning of the programme as to what sites might be suitable for public access. It is an extremely informed and detailed document and will go a long way to support ensuring that any future vaccination activity is delivered as well as possible.
Lastly, we would like to give our thanks for the response to our recommendations.
