Dementia Friendly Aylesbury is a local partnership initiative within Buckinghamshire.

Its purpose is to promote and support Dementia Friendly Community work. The Dementia Community work is currently being led by the Alzheimer’s Society.

They are made up of a variety of local groups and businesses including Aylesbury Town Council, The Waterside Theatre, The Healthy Living Centre and Carers Bucks. All of these organisations want to help make Aylesbury Town accessible for people living with dementia and their carers.

As a result of this, Dementia Friendly Aylesbury is continuing to grow from strength to strength.
