Healthwatch Bucks would like to welcome our new Chief Executive, Zoe McIntosh.
Zoe joins Healthwatch Bucks from Citizens Advice Aylesbury Vale. Here, she held the Chief Executive Officer role. This was delivering extensive change management to prepare and lead the organisation towards a countywide merger with Citizen’s Advice in Chiltern and High Wycombe.
Zoe has over 10 years’ experience working in senior management roles. This includes managing and delivering community wellbeing services at a mental health charity. And, as Head of Information and Carers’ Services in a health and social care charity. Zoe has also worked previously as a practitioner in mental health where she undertook roles in the statutory and voluntary sectors.
Commenting on her appointment, Zoe McIntosh, said:
I’m hugely honoured to be taking on this role at a time of critical importance for Healthwatch Bucks. I look forward to bringing my skills and experience to Healthwatch Bucks, and, with the team, working to continue to fulfil the mission to ensure that the voice of people using health and social care services are heard, considered and acted upon.

This will make a difference, especially in these challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic.
