The way services are being delivered in the community has changed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We contacted over 40 voluntary and community services in April, May, and June. We wanted to find out the following:
What their service users and staff were worried about most in accessing health and social care services during the lockdown period
did lockdown restrictions effect their service if we could share any information about their local services.
This report summarises our findings.
