The way services are being delivered in the community has changed due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
We contacted over 40 voluntary and community services in April, May, and June. We wanted to find out the following:
- What their service users and staff were worried about most in accessing health and social care services during the lockdown period
- did lockdown restrictions effect their service
- if we could share any information about their local services.
This report summarises our findings.
