During the current Coronavirus outbreak, delivery of health and social care services has undergone some changes. This may have impacted your experience of GP and hospital appointments during this time.

In some cases, appointments may have been cancelled or postponed. Some appointments may have been by telephone or online. When visiting a service for an appointment, there will be extra precautions to protect both you and their staff.

At this challenging time, Healthwatch Bucks are still here to listen to your views on local health and social care services. Patient feedback on NHS services during the ‘lockdown’ period is extremely important so that lessons can be learned and improvements made for the future.
