During the current Coronavirus outbreak, delivery of health and social care services has undergone some changes. This may have impacted your experience of GP and hospital appointments during this time.
In some cases, appointments may have been cancelled or postponed. Some appointments may have been by telephone or online. When visiting a service for an appointment, there will be extra precautions to protect both you and their staff.
At this challenging time, Healthwatch Bucks are still here to listen to your views on local health and social care services. Patient feedback on NHS services during the ‘lockdown’ period is extremely important so that lessons can be learned and improvements made for the future.
We would like to hear what happened to your appointments during the lockdown period (from 23rd March this year). Please tell us about your experience of services at this time by doing our survey.
Open for Business Survey (the survey is now close)
If you would like to tell us more, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch.
You can also post your feedback about a service.
We’re sorry that we can’t send out paper copies at the moment, but if you leave a message for us on 01844 348839 we will ring you back and take your answers over the phone.
