Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust NHS Trust hospital and community sites have suspended all parking charges. This is effective immediately. This will be for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic and will be for the public and staff.

Chief executive of Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, Neil Macdonald said:

In an effort to ensure that our healthcare workers can travel to work safely without using public transport during the COVID-19 pandemic and to further support teams who continue to go above and beyond during these testing times. We have made the decision to temporarily suspend parking charges at all our hospital sites.

I believe that this will also ensure that the patients who need to attend our sites for urgent and emergency care during the COVID-19 pandemic can do so. It will also mean that they will come into little contact with money, ticket machines and other people.
