Following Government advice on the coronavirus outbreak, we have reviewed the delivery of our services.

In order to protect patients, service users, staff, volunteers and the wider community, we have paused our core engagement activity. This includes enter and view visits and face-to-face work with community members. We will pause this activity until we’re told that it would be safe to resume by the Government. Our other work will continue.

We will continue to represent service users in our discussions with commissioners and health and social care providers. We are still receiving feedback on these services, although we must recognise the disruption from the current public health emergency. Given the situation, we’re keen to hear about what has gone well! Please send your feedback on services or contact us directly.

Our signposting service will also continue. We will update our signposting guide with any handy information we come across about managing during the outbreak. However, for advice about coronavirus itself, please refer to the NHS website. You can also contact us directly for information about health and social care services.

Our offices in Monks Risborough are also closed. It may take us longer to respond to enquiries while we adapt to new ways of working.
