We’ve been making some updates to how you can leave feedback and ask questions about local health and social care.

You might have noticed that we recently changed our phone number to 01844 34 88 39. As always, our phones are manned during work hours on weekdays. If we aren’t able to take your call, you can leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We’ve also set up our Facebook messaging to be more interactive. You can get in touch with us through our Facebook page with feedback, queries about local services, or anything else health and social care related.

We’re also thinking about getting a text-line for people to send in feedback on the go. Would you use this service? Let us know in the comments.

You can always email us at info@healthwatch.co.uk, or even send us a letter.

I’ve just read an article by Dr Porter in the Times about Digital health care. He suggested using an NHS tracker website to locate your nearest UCC. When I did this for Beaconsfield and High Wycombe there was no mention of any facilities in BHT . Hillingdon, Mount Vernon and Oxford were suggested!
