NHS Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group was notified that the partnership which holds the contract to provide primary care medical services at Chiltern House Medical Centre in High Wycombe has ended.
The CCG, which commissions primary medical services, has awarded an interim contract to Primary Care Management Solutions for up to 12 months, to maintain services for registered patients at Chiltern House Medical Centre. They would like to reassure patients that services at Chiltern House Medical Centre will continue while the CCG and NHS England work with the patients, practice and staff to determine future plans.
Dr Raj Bajwa, Clinical Chair of Buckinghamshire CCG said:
The CCG has been working to ensure services for patients at Chiltern House Medical Centre are maintained and that staff have stability during this difficult time. We are pleased to have secured the services of Primary Care Management Solutions to provide GP services at Chiltern House Medical Practice, at both the Temple End site in High Wycombe and at Dragon Cottage in Holmer Green, and are now working to arrive at the best long term solution for the population.
