To celebrate 70 years of the NHS and promote the health and wellbeing of the residents of Buckinghamshire, NHS Buckinghamshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT) will be hosting an Open Day on Saturday 28 July at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.
This will be a fun-filled and interactive community event, open to all, with behind the scenes tours, health checks, a kid’s zone, information stands and marketplace, food and entertainment. The open day will run from 11.00am to 3.00pm.
The programme will also consist of a brief Annual General Meeting, hosted jointly by the Trust and the Bucks CCG. The meeting is open to the public and will be a great opportunity to learn more about how your health and care organisations are working together to keep Buckinghamshire fit and well, now and for the next 70 years. The AGM will start at 11.45am and finish at 12.30pm.
There is no need to book, simply come along and join in the celebrations.
