From 1 April 2023 this service has a new name and provider. The new service is called Be Healthy Bucks

Live Well Stay Well is a free service that has already helped thousands of people in Buckinghamshire to achieve healthy lifestyle goals.

If you live in Buckinghamshire or have a Bucks GP then simply register for an online account to find out about a wide range of support that’s available online, by phone and face-to-face.

Support includes services to help you stop smoking, reduce your alcohol in-take, lose weight and eat healthily, get more active, as well as improve your mental health and well-being. You can even get help to manage type 2 diabetes. Most options are completely free and you can choose how much or how little you take up. You don’t have to take any action or commit to anything once you have registered but, if you are feeling motivated to make some small changes, we can support you to provide the best chance of success.

By registering for an online account you get:

  • Digital assessments to find out how healthy you are currently
  • Online information and tools to help you choose what you’d like to change
  • Ongoing online help to set personal goals and stick to them
  • Help with referrals to expert support services & programmes
  • And so much more!
