Our next Board Meeting in public will be held on Wednesday 9 May 2018, 2.00pm – 4.30pm at Pitstone Memorial Hall.

Members of the public are invited to submit written questions in advance of each Board Meeting. The deadline for submissions is five working days before the meeting. Pre-submitted questions will be considered at the start of the meeting. The Chair will also have discretion to take verbal questions from attendees on the day; questions received in advance will take priority.
People can submit questions by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, by telephoning 01844 348836, by twitter @HW_Bucks or by writing to Healthwatch Bucks, 6 Centre Parade, Place Farm Way, Monks Risborough, Bucks HP27 9JS. They do not need to attend the meeting to have their question answered.
Questions raised will be answered, if possible, on the day but if not, a written reply will be sent within ten working days.
The Chair reserves the right to discount written or verbal questions that are defamatory, offensive or outside the remit of Healthwatch Bucks. The Chair also reserves the right to change the timings of when public questions are taken during the meeting.
