Our Annual Report looks back on a year of progress for Healthwatch Bucks.
What we did
We’ve done a lot this year and what better way to tell you about it than in our Annual Report. Our Chair and Chief Executive reflect on what has been a great year for us full of listening to you, influencing the right people and making changes that really matter.
Our annual report looks at a number of areas such as:
- Highlights
- What you think of your services
- How we’ve made a difference and
- Making people’s voices heard
We really do make your voice count.
Why?
We want you to know how much we care about your voice and views being a part of the health and social care system. It’s important that we’re as transparent as possible and that you’re able to see, in full, how we make a difference to your services.
What will we do?
We will be making this Annual Report publicly available on 30 June 2017 by publishing it here on our website and sharing it with Healthwatch England, Care Quality Commission, NHS England, Clinical Commissioning Group/s, Overview and Scrutiny Committee/s, and Buckinghamshire County Council.
What can you do?
Moving forward, your feedback is more important than ever if we are going to achieve what we set out to do in 2017/18. You can share your experience of health and social care services by searching in the box below and telling us exactly what you think.
