We have seen many examples of how staff at care homes can make a real difference to residents’ lives through simple but effective interventions. We want to share this good practice and encourage others to do likewise.

In the second of our good practice guides we have focused on meaningful activities.

Meaningful activity includes physical, social and leisure activities that are tailored to the person’s needs and preferences.
