From July 25th to October 31st mothers have not been able to give birth at Wycombe Birth Centre due to a shortage of midwives, Buckinghamshire Healthcare Trust made this decision in order to put patient safety first.
Wycombe Birth Centre will be able to re-start offering care to women giving birth from 1 November 2016. They are having an open afternoon where members of the public can look around the unit and talk to staff.
If you want to comment on maternity services in general, we would like to hear your feedback.
