This year we teamed up with Aylesbury Youth Action to explore the impact and repercussions social media has on the mental health of young people. Back in February this year we spoke to young people in Aylesbury on their thoughts around social media. You can see what they had to say in this:
With reports of young people across England having difficulties accessing mental health services it’s important to look at how the advances in social media are affecting young people. By seeking young people’s experiences around social media we can learn of any issues that will then inform provision of mental health services in Buckinghamshire.
Want to have YOUR SAY? Young people from Aylesbury Youth Action have composed an online survey on how safe young people feel online and how social media is being used. Your answers can help provide evidence to ensure all young people feel safe and can access social media safely.
The survey has now closed.
